As I took Zachary to school this morning, I was struck by the way the clouds looked against the bright blue sky. The air was warm, but it felt like a fall day here in Florida. The mowers were out cutting the grass. Hurricane season is almost over (thank God for no devastating storms this year). And my little guy was excited to go to school, holding his backpack over his shoulder as he ran to the car to climb into his car seat.

As I stepped into the car, I noticed how beautiful the sky looked, and I stopped to take these shots with Hipstamatic for iPhone:

I love how bright the sky looks and how the clouds look against it, like wisps of cotton, or a painting.

Today is November 1st and my little boy turns 2 in three weeks. This month? It’s just going to flyyyy by.
