On Monday, we were so proud to celebrate our adorable Zachary and his Pre-K graduation.
It was an emotional day for Zachary, knowing that he had learned everything he needed to know before moving up to Kindergarten in the fall, and that he would be leaving the friends and teachers that he’d been with over the past few years. The graduation ceremony was lovely. The kids sang several songs, including “Happy” and “Let it Go,” and we were so delighted to see Zachary belting out the lyrics along with his classmates. It was the cutest thing and a proud mommy moment when all of the teachers stopped me later on to tell me how proud they were of his performance!
Adrian and I were thrilled that we could have my parents, my grandma, and my best friend, Amy (Zachary’s godmother) at his graduation ceremony. It was a special day for everyone.
Here are a few pictures from graduation:
Thumbs up after one of the song performances!
Z loves taking selfies – my mom caught this one of Adrian and me taking a selfie with Zachary.
Finally, here are some pictures of my boys on their first and last day of preschool so you can compare. I think they both look older and more mature in the second picture, for sure! It was a special milestone for William, too, having completed his first year of school.
What a wonderful day! Your photos are priceless!
Awwe! Such sweet photos!! <3
Oh my goodness, look at how much they’ve grown! Both of them! I love the graduation pictures too – such a fun way to celebrate the end of preschool and the beginning of kindergarten. How adorable are 5 year olds in caps and gowns?
The “thumbs up” pic is so cute! And the cap and gown? *swoon*
Super cute pictures! Your boys are adorable. What an exciting milestone. 🙂
What an important milestone you and your son reached! Enjoy the summer, kindergarten will come and go before you know it!
How adorable! Isabella is going into pre-k this Fall – she’s growing up so fast. Posts like these inspire me to better document important moments beyond just a picture..
